Madera Roja FC was founded in 1987 with four teams. Today the club is comprised of over a dozen Boys & Girls teams that range from U8 through U17. Madera Roja FC is a youth soccer club based in Redwood City, CA. Our teams are registered in the CYSA District II division and the Redwood Junior Soccer League. It is the mission of Madera Roja FC to provide a fun and safe environment for all parents and kids. Our coaches and staff are dedicated to developing self-confident, creative, intelligent and skillful soccer players. Our club provides the resources that will allow committed soccer players to achieve their goals through positive coaching methods. |
Non-Profit Status Madera Roja FC is fully registered in the state of California as a Non-Profit Organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service under the rule 501(c)3. MRFC is dedicated to keeipng the costs of playing soccer affordable and accessible to everyone. While we are able to provide some scholarships through partial use of club fees and dues, there are always more families and children in need than we are able to accommodate. MRFC would like to cordially invite you to become a part of our family by making a tax-deductible donation in the form of a sponsorship that would help our club and many talented children to excel. Madera Roja FC Tournament & Registration Refund Policy If my application is accepted I acknowledge that my payment will be deposited upon acceptance and if payment is refused, my application may be revoked, and I acknowledge that 1) My application must be reviewed by tournament directors before my team is accepted. 2) Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance 3) If your application is not accepted you will receive a full refund and a letter of notification, but 4) Once accepted no refunds are allowed. Every effort will be made to play all games in case of inclement weather. Games may be shortened to accommodate a delayed schedule. Termination for Cause Any breach of your payment obligations or unauthorized use of the Madera Roja FC Technology or Service will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. Madera Roja FC Club, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the Service if you breach or otherwise fail to comply with this Agreement. Mutual Indemnification You shall indemnify and hold Madera Roja FC, its licensors and each such party's parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (i) a claim alleging that use of the Customer Data infringes the rights of, or has caused harm to, a third party; (ii) a claim, which if true, would constitute a violation by you of your representations and warranties; or (iii) a claim arising from the breach by you or your Users of this Agreement, provided in any such case that Madera Roja FC (a) gives written notice of the claim promptly to you; (b) gives you sole control of the defense and settlement of the claim (provided that you may not settle or defend any claim unless you unconditionally release Madera Roja FC of all liability and such settlement does not affect Madera Roja FC business or Service); (c) provides to you all available information and assistance; and (d) has not compromised or settled such claim.
